Position Summary
Qatar’s fintech ecosystem is transitioning into a highly data-driven, AI-enabled financial economy. The Senior Fintech Product Governance & AI Strategy Lead will direct the development of AI-governed financial products, driving responsible innovation, ethical intelligence, and risk-controlled automation within the fintech domain.
Strategic Responsibilities

Develop and enforce AI governance frameworks for fintech products, ensuring algorithmic transparency and bias mitigation.

Oversee end-to-end fintech product lifecycles, integrating AI, data ethics, and user experience optimization.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams in designing predictive financial solutions, including robo-advisory, AI-driven lending, and automated portfolio intelligence.

Align all AI-integrated products with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) and international AI ethics standards.

Direct model validation, explainability, and compliance automation for all AI-enabled fintech solutions.

Collaborate with regulators to shape policy frameworks for digital finance innovation and responsible AI deployment.
Core Competencies

10+ years’ experience in fintech innovation, AI strategy, or digital product governance.

Mastery of machine learning lifecycle management, ethical AI frameworks, and data-driven compliance architecture.

Deep familiarity with FATF, OECD, and GCC fintech regulatory initiatives.

Strong leadership record across AI, data science, risk management, and product engineering disciplines.
