Mission Objective
To architect and optimize enterprise-grade fintech infrastructures supporting:
- Autonomous payment orchestration

- Intelligent API ecosystems

Primary Responsibilities
1. Fintech Platform Engineering
- Design and develop scalable fintech infrastructures supporting high-volume financial operations
- Build resilient transaction-processing services for payments, transfers, and settlement workflows
- Architect microservices ecosystems optimized for low-latency financial performance
2. Cloud-Native Financial Systems
- Build containerized fintech environments leveraging Kubernetes and distributed cloud infrastructure
- Develop automated deployment pipelines supporting continuous integration and rapid product delivery
- Optimize infrastructure scalability across multi-region financial operations
3. API & Payment Ecosystem Development
- Engineer secure financial APIs connecting digital wallets, banking systems, and payment networks
- Build event-driven transaction orchestration systems supporting real-time financial interactions
- Ensure interoperability across fintech products and external financial ecosystems
4. Infrastructure Reliability & Operational Resilience
- Implement observability, monitoring, and operational analytics systems for financial infrastructure environments
- Design fault-tolerant systems minimizing service interruption during high-volume transaction periods
- Improve backend efficiency, system reliability, and operational automation
5. Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration
- Collaborate with product teams, security engineers, frontend developers, and treasury operations specialists
- Participate in architecture reviews and engineering modernization initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical governance standards
Technical Requirements
- 5โ10 years in fintech engineering, backend systems, or enterprise financial infrastructure development
- Strong expertise in:
- Java / Go / Node.js / Python
- Kubernetes & Docker
- PostgreSQL / MySQL / Redis
- Kafka / RabbitMQ
- REST APIs & gRPC
- AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
- Experience building:
- Payment systems
- Banking APIs
- Digital financial platforms
- Distributed microservices architectures
Preferred Expertise
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS and fintech security frameworks
- Experience with event streaming and asynchronous systems
- Knowledge of real-time settlement infrastructures
- Understanding of scalable fintech observability systems
