An ambitious and rapidly expanding fintech ecosystem is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Fintech Partnership & Ecosystem Development Manager to spearhead strategic alliances across the financial services landscape. This role is designed for a commercially astute professional capable of building transformative partnerships that accelerate digital financial innovation, expand market penetration, and create sustainable revenue opportunities.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary architect of partnership strategies connecting financial institutions, payment networks, digital banks, regulatory stakeholders, technology vendors, merchants, telecommunications providers, and emerging fintech innovators.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with long-term fintech growth objectives.
• Identify high-value partnership opportunities across payments, lending, digital banking, remittances, wealth technology, and financial infrastructure.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations involving banks, payment processors, fintech platforms, and enterprise clients.
• Establish strategic alliances that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Create partnership frameworks for API integration, embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), and open banking initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop market-driven fintech solutions.
• Build executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders and decision-makers.
• Manage full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution and performance optimization.
• Evaluate partnership performance using sophisticated KPI and ROI measurement frameworks.
• Monitor fintech trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
• Represent the organization at international fintech conferences and industry forums.
• Support expansion into regional and international markets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of fintech, banking, payments, or financial services business development experience.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, open banking, API ecosystems, and financial technology platforms.
• Proven track record of generating significant partnership-driven revenue.
• Exceptional commercial negotiation capabilities.
• Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholder relationships.
• Deep knowledge of GCC financial services markets.
