Primary Responsibilities
1. Payment Operations Oversight
- Manage daily operational performance across payment gateways, merchant services, and transaction systems.
- Monitor transaction success rates, settlement timelines, payment failures, and dispute resolution processes.
- Improve operational workflows across digital payment channels.
2. Merchant Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding processes for merchants, payment partners, and vendors.
- Ensure smooth activation of merchant services and settlement structures.
- Improve merchant retention through operational excellence and service optimization.
3. Reconciliation & Settlement Control
- Supervise financial reconciliation between payment processors, banking channels, and merchant accounts.
- Ensure accurate settlement cycles and timely exception handling.
- Reduce operational risks related to failed settlements and transaction mismatches.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, customer success, and finance teams.
- Translate operational issues into product and infrastructure improvements.
- Support launches of new payment features and merchant services.
