This role is designed for a highly experienced fintech professional responsible for structuring, analysing, and optimising transaction flows and operational reliability across digital finance platforms. Unlike pure engineering roles, this position focuses on how systems behave in production environments, how failures are anticipated, and how transaction integrity is preserved at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end transaction flows across fintech platforms

• Analyse system reliability, latency, and failure points in payment processes

• Define operational controls for transaction accuracy and reconciliation

• Establish frameworks for incident containment and service continuity

• Collaborate conceptually with architecture and product stakeholders

• Produce detailed operational playbooks and system documentation

• Payment processing and transaction lifecycle management

• Platform reliability and operational resilience

• Data accuracy, reconciliation, and exception handling

• Performance monitoring and capacity planning

Candidate Profile

• 12–16 years in fintech operations, payments platforms, or financial systems roles

• Strong understanding of how transaction systems perform under real-world load

• Experience designing or auditing operational fintech workflows

• Comfortable working autonomously in remote environments
