The role is designed for commercially intelligent fintech professionals capable of combining marketplace growth strategy, merchant finance modernization, customer engagement optimization, and operational scalability governance into sustainable next-generation embedded finance ecosystems.
The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives involving merchant onboarding systems, SME finance expansion platforms, customer transaction ecosystems, and operational finance modernization environments.
Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Fintech Marketplace Growth Manager will supervise commercial modernization initiatives involving embedded finance ecosystems, merchant engagement infrastructures, operational finance intelligence systems, and customer transaction optimization frameworks.
This role combines fintech commercial leadership, enterprise growth strategy, operational finance modernization, and merchant ecosystem transformation.

- Lead embedded SME finance modernization and marketplace expansion initiatives
- Develop scalable merchant onboarding and customer engagement frameworks
- Build AI-powered merchant intelligence systems improving transaction visibility and operational performance
- Coordinate digital payment optimization and enterprise finance modernization programs
- Improve customer financial accessibility and operational transaction continuity environments
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, operations, and product teams
- Strengthen merchant lifecycle engagement systems and embedded payment ecosystems
- Conduct commercial analysis identifying regional fintech expansion opportunities
- Support enterprise scalability initiatives through intelligent merchant finance modernization strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future embedded finance ecosystems
- Supervise operational finance reporting and customer interaction optimization initiatives
- Mentor multidisciplinary merchant engagement and operational modernization teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- 7–15 years of experience in fintech growth, merchant ecosystems, embedded finance, or enterprise commerce modernization
- Strong expertise in SME finance ecosystems and customer engagement optimization
- Deep understanding of AI-powered merchant analytics and transaction infrastructures
- Experience leading enterprise commercial transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-native financial environments and embedded payment systems
- Exceptional leadership and strategic communication capabilities
- GCC commerce-finance ecosystem exposure highly advantageous
