We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Fintech Innovation Strategist to architect, scale, and optimize digital financial ecosystems in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving market. This role requires strategic foresight, technical mastery, and the ability to navigate global financial technologies while adapting them to the Gulf region’s infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Design next-generation digital banking and payment frameworks tailored to large-scale enterprises and consumer markets.

Lead strategic initiatives in API banking, digital wallets, real-time payments, and cross-border settlement systems.

Conduct market intelligence assessments on fintech adoption trends across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Drive the integration of AI-driven credit scoring, fraud detection, and digital lending platforms.

Collaborate with international fintech vendors, regulatory agencies, and technology hubs to establish scalable solutions.

Lead remote cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact fintech programs.
Qualifications & Expertise

10+ years in fintech, digital banking, or financial strategy with a global perspective.

Advanced knowledge of blockchain, AI/ML in finance, regtech frameworks, and open banking APIs.

Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the financial services sector.

Strong understanding of GCC and global fintech regulations.

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science preferred.
