A Senior Fintech Implementation Consultant is required to lead implementation projects across digital banking platforms, payment systems, and financial API ecosystems.

This hybrid role blends remote project delivery with strategic in-person collaboration for implementation milestones and stakeholder alignment.

Core Mission

To ensure fintech solutions are deployed with:

• Seamless banking system integration
• Reliable API connectivity across financial platforms
• Strong alignment between technical delivery and operational execution

Primary Responsibilities

1. Fintech Solution Implementation

• Lead deployment of digital banking products and payment infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate implementation across APIs, middleware, and core banking integrations.
• Ensure technical delivery aligns with operational and business objectives.

2. API & Core Banking Integration

• Manage integration workflows between fintech platforms and banking systems.
• Validate API performance, transaction accuracy, and system interoperability.
• Support onboarding of financial partners and external integrations.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the bridge between product teams, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Manage implementation timelines, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure issue resolution during go-live and stabilization phases.

4. Post-Implementation Optimization

• Monitor system performance after deployment.
• Improve adoption, operational efficiency, and transaction reliability.
• Deliver recommendations for product and process optimization.

Required Expertise

• Core banking implementation knowledge
• API integration and fintech systems understanding
• Project delivery in regulated financial environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years in fintech implementation, banking systems, or product delivery
• Experience with digital banking platforms and payment systems
• Strong understanding of API ecosystems and integration workflows
• Ability to manage hybrid delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders
