A highly capable Senior Fintech Implementation Consultant is required to lead remote deployment of banking systems, payment platforms, and API-led financial integrations.

This strategic role ensures smooth delivery across complex financial technology environments.

Core Mission

To deploy fintech solutions that ensure:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Fintech Solution Deployment

• Lead implementation of digital banking products, payment infrastructure, and financial platform integrations.
• Coordinate deployment across APIs, middleware systems, and core banking environments.
• Ensure technical delivery aligns with operational and business objectives.

2. API & Core Banking Integration

• Manage integration workflows between fintech platforms and banking systems.
• Validate API performance, transaction accuracy, and system interoperability.
• Support onboarding of payment partners and financial service providers.

3. Stakeholder Delivery Management

• Act as the bridge between engineering teams, operations leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, deployment readiness, and go-live execution.
• Resolve delivery issues during implementation and stabilization phases.

4. Post-Implementation Optimization

• Monitor financial system performance after deployment.
• Improve adoption, operational efficiency, and transaction reliability.
• Recommend product and process enhancements for long-term performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years in fintech implementation, banking systems, or enterprise financial technology delivery
• Strong experience in API ecosystems and financial integrations
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and payment systems
• Strong project leadership and communication skills
