As a senior member of the technology division, you will transform complex financial operations into intuitive digital experiences that simplify investment management, account monitoring, portfolio analysis, transaction tracking, and real-time financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Frontend Architecture & Development
- Architect and develop highly scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
- Design modular and reusable component libraries that maintain consistency across large-scale fintech products.
- Implement advanced state management solutions using Redux, Zustand, or equivalent technologies.
- Build high-performance financial dashboards capable of displaying real-time market information, transaction histories, investment performance, and analytical insights.
- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and exceptional cross-browser compatibility.
User Experience & Digital Product Innovation
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform sophisticated financial concepts into elegant and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop responsive designs delivering premium experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Conduct continuous usability improvements through customer behavior analysis, accessibility enhancements, and interface optimization.
- Establish frontend design standards that align with international digital banking experience expectations.
Security, Performance & Integration
- Implement secure authentication interfaces, multi-factor authentication workflows, and encrypted client-side data handling mechanisms.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, payment gateways, and cloud-based financial platforms.
- Improve application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, server-side rendering, and advanced caching strategies.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate frontend vulnerabilities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or highly regulated industries.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, React ecosystem, and modern frontend tooling.
- Strong understanding of frontend security principles, API communication, and application optimization.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright is highly desirable.
