A rapidly expanding financial technology environment in Saudi Arabia is recruiting a Senior Fintech Financial Automation & Intelligent Operations Director to oversee enterprise automation ecosystems, intelligent transaction operations, and AI-driven financial process optimization initiatives.

This highly strategic role is intended for experienced fintech operations and technology professionals capable of leading advanced automation programs supporting digital banking operations, payment orchestration systems, customer financial workflows, and enterprise operational intelligence infrastructures.

The selected candidate will contribute directly to modernizing large-scale financial operations through advanced artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent financial workflow systems.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial automation initiatives involving intelligent transaction systems, payment workflow optimization, and digital banking operational modernization.
• Develop AI-powered operational frameworks supporting customer onboarding, payment processing, reconciliation automation, and financial service scalability.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, data scientists, fintech product teams, and operations specialists to strengthen enterprise financial ecosystems.
• Oversee implementation of robotic process automation systems improving operational efficiency, transaction speed, and financial process reliability.
• Design predictive operational intelligence models capable of identifying inefficiencies, transaction bottlenecks, and workflow optimization opportunities.
• Support enterprise fintech modernization involving API-based operational ecosystems, cloud-native transaction infrastructures, and intelligent financial analytics.
• Monitor operational performance indicators across payment systems, digital finance platforms, and enterprise financial environments.
• Develop governance standards supporting operational resilience, automation accuracy, and scalable financial process management.
• Prepare executive operational intelligence reports highlighting automation performance, transaction scalability, and financial efficiency improvements.
• Lead enterprise transformation projects involving intelligent customer service platforms, digital operational ecosystems, and predictive transaction infrastructures.
• Mentor multidisciplinary fintech operations teams while promoting enterprise innovation and automation excellence.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 8–14 years of experience in fintech operations, financial automation, intelligent systems management, or digital banking transformation.
• Strong expertise in enterprise automation technologies, AI-driven operational systems, and fintech workflow optimization platforms.
• Experience working with payment infrastructures, transaction systems, and enterprise digital finance operations.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, operational analytics systems, and financial process engineering methodologies.
• Strong leadership, analytical reasoning, and strategic operational planning capabilities.
