A fast-growing digital finance ecosystem in Bahrain is actively recruiting a Senior Fintech Embedded Finance Partnerships & Ecosystem Manager to drive strategic financial technology collaborations, embedded payment expansion programs, and enterprise digital finance integration initiatives.

This role is ideal for commercially strategic fintech professionals with strong expertise in partnership development, embedded finance ecosystems, digital banking integrations, merchant financial technologies, and financial innovation commercialization.

The selected candidate will operate within an advanced fintech environment focused on expanding integrated financial services through API-driven partnerships, digital commerce ecosystems, and intelligent transaction infrastructures.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnership initiatives involving embedded finance ecosystems, payment integrations, merchant financial platforms, and API-driven banking services.
• Identify and negotiate high-value fintech collaboration opportunities with digital commerce providers, banking institutions, payment processors, and technology ecosystems.
• Develop scalable embedded financial solutions supporting digital lending, merchant payments, subscription finance systems, and transaction automation.
• Collaborate with product engineers, compliance specialists, and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of financial services within partner ecosystems.
• Design partnership growth strategies focused on transaction scalability, customer acquisition, and digital financial adoption.
• Conduct market intelligence analysis relating to embedded finance trends, digital transaction ecosystems, and fintech commercial opportunities.
• Develop executive partnership performance dashboards tracking revenue growth, transaction volumes, and integration success metrics.
• Support enterprise fintech modernization projects involving intelligent commerce ecosystems and cloud-based financial service infrastructures.
• Coordinate onboarding and operational integration activities for strategic fintech ecosystem partners.
• Represent the fintech ecosystem during commercial negotiations, industry forums, and strategic innovation discussions.
• Monitor emerging trends involving open banking, API finance, embedded transactions, and digital commerce technologies.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 6–10 years of experience in fintech partnerships, digital banking strategy, embedded finance, or financial ecosystem development.
• Strong understanding of payment infrastructures, API banking systems, merchant acquiring ecosystems, and fintech operational models.
• Experience working within digital commerce environments and enterprise financial technology initiatives.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
