About The Opportunity

A rapidly expanding fintech institution is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fintech DevOps Engineer to support the development and operation of next-generation digital financial services platforms serving consumers, merchants, payment providers, and enterprise clients across the GCC.

The organization is undergoing a major technology transformation focused on building highly resilient cloud-native ecosystems capable of processing millions of financial transactions while maintaining exceptional levels of security, performance, compliance, and operational reliability.

This role is designed for engineering professionals who thrive in high-performance environments and enjoy building infrastructure that serves as the foundation of modern financial innovation.

You will work closely with software engineers, security specialists, platform architects, data engineers, and product leaders to create highly automated environments that accelerate product delivery while ensuring operational excellence.

This position offers exposure to some of the most advanced financial technology infrastructures emerging within the Gulf region.

Primary Responsibilities

Cloud Platform Engineering

• Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure.
• Develop highly available platform environments.
• Build infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
• Support multi-region deployment strategies.
• Improve system resilience and scalability.

DevOps Automation

• Develop CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployment processes.
• Improve engineering productivity.
• Optimize software release workflows.
• Support platform governance initiatives.

Financial Services Reliability

• Maintain payment processing infrastructure.
• Improve platform observability.
• Enhance monitoring and alerting systems.
• Support disaster recovery programs.
• Ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Experience within fintech, banking, or payment technology preferred.
• Strong Linux administration capabilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications.
