Core Responsibilities

Advanced Data Science & Machine Learning

• Design and deploy predictive models supporting digital banking, payment intelligence, fraud detection, customer analytics, and financial forecasting
• Develop machine learning algorithms for transaction classification, customer segmentation, churn prediction, and risk intelligence
• Build AI-powered recommendation systems improving financial personalization and customer engagement
• Optimize intelligent automation models across fintech operational workflows
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and large-scale financial data modeling

Financial Intelligence & Analytics

• Analyze massive transactional datasets across digital payment ecosystems and embedded finance platforms
• Identify behavioral patterns, operational inefficiencies, and revenue optimization opportunities
• Support strategic decision-making through predictive analytics and data-driven intelligence reporting
• Develop financial performance dashboards and advanced business intelligence frameworks
• Create scalable analytical models supporting enterprise fintech growth strategies

Fraud Analytics & Risk Modeling

• Collaborate with fraud intelligence teams on anomaly detection systems and financial crime prevention models
• Develop behavioral risk scoring methodologies for intelligent transaction monitoring environments
• Support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives through predictive risk analytics
• Improve fraud prevention accuracy using AI-driven detection techniques and real-time analytical engines

Cross-Functional Innovation

• Partner with engineering, AI, compliance, product, and digital transformation teams on enterprise innovation initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines
• 5–12 years of experience in data science, fintech analytics, AI engineering, or financial technology intelligence environments
• Strong expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, and large-scale data modeling
• Experience within digital banking, fintech ecosystems, payment infrastructure, or financial analytics environments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning capabilities
