Role Overview

A globally oriented fintech organization operating within the Gulf financial ecosystem is seeking a Senior Fintech Data Analytics & Digital Payments Intelligence Manager to support the strategic analysis of digital payment data and financial technology platforms.

This role focuses on transforming transaction data into actionable insights that support digital payment optimization, fraud detection strategies, and financial technology innovation. The selected candidate will collaborate with remote teams across product development, engineering, risk management, and financial operations to strengthen data-driven decision-making.

The position is fully remote but aligned with business operations within GCC financial markets.

Primary Responsibilities

Financial Data Analytics

• Analyze large volumes of digital payment transaction data to identify operational insights

• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for fintech performance monitoring

• Generate predictive analytics models to forecast transaction patterns and financial activity

Payment Systems Intelligence

• Monitor performance of digital payment systems including card networks, mobile wallets, and bank transfers

• Identify transaction anomalies and support fraud detection initiatives

• Recommend improvements to payment processing infrastructure

Strategic Reporting

• Produce executive reports summarizing financial transaction performance

• Develop analytical presentations supporting fintech business strategies

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial service efficiency

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Partner with product teams to improve fintech product features using data insights

• Support compliance teams by generating transaction monitoring reports

• Assist engineering teams with analytics requirements for fintech platforms

Operational Performance Monitoring

• Evaluate transaction success rates and operational metrics

• Monitor financial system performance indicators

• Identify operational risks affecting digital payment systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Financial Technology, or Economics

• 5+ years experience in fintech analytics, financial data science, or digital payments analysis

• Experience working with financial transaction datasets

• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with financial analytics tools and reporting platforms

• Knowledge of digital payment infrastructure and fintech systems

• Understanding of financial regulations affecting payment services

Technical Skills

• SQL and database management

• Data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau)

• Financial transaction analytics tools

• Excel or advanced financial modeling systems
