A rapidly expanding digital finance ecosystem in Doha is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Fintech Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise client engagement, relationship growth, digital adoption initiatives, and long-term customer retention strategies across advanced fintech service environments.
This role is positioned at the intersection of fintech innovation, enterprise relationship management, intelligent customer engagement, digital banking transformation, and strategic account growth. The organization delivers sophisticated financial technology solutions across digital payments, API banking, embedded finance ecosystems, blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure, AI-powered transaction intelligence, and enterprise treasury automation platforms throughout the Gulf region.
The successful candidate will become a critical relationship leader responsible for ensuring enterprise clients maximize value from complex fintech ecosystems while driving adoption, operational success, customer satisfaction, and long-term commercial expansion.
This is not a traditional support role. It is a strategic customer leadership position designed for professionals capable of operating within highly technical, fast-scaling, and innovation-driven financial technology environments.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Customer Success Leadership
- Manage strategic relationships with high-value fintech clients, enterprise merchants, institutional partners, and digital banking stakeholders
- Drive long-term customer success strategies focused on retention, platform adoption, operational optimization, and account growth
- Build executive-level relationships across enterprise client organizations
- Ensure successful onboarding and integration of fintech products into client ecosystems
- Develop customer lifecycle management frameworks supporting scalable fintech growth
Client Engagement & Digital Adoption
- Guide enterprise clients through digital transformation initiatives involving fintech infrastructure and intelligent financial systems
- Increase platform utilization and customer engagement across digital banking products and payment ecosystems
- Conduct business reviews, success planning sessions, and strategic performance evaluations
- Identify opportunities for product expansion, service enhancement, and customer value optimization
- Translate complex fintech capabilities into commercially valuable business outcomes for clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with product, engineering, compliance, payments, fraud, and operations teams to resolve enterprise client challenges
- Escalate operational or technical issues impacting customer experience
- Provide strategic customer insights to product innovation and fintech development teams
- Support enterprise implementation projects and ecosystem integration initiatives
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional client delivery standards
Commercial Growth & Retention Strategy
- Improve client retention metrics and long-term account profitability
- Support revenue growth through cross-selling and fintech solution expansion initiatives
- Monitor customer health indicators and proactively mitigate churn risks
- Develop strategic account expansion plans across enterprise fintech relationships
- Drive customer advocacy, referrals, and ecosystem loyalty programs
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Financial Technology, Marketing, or related disciplines
- 5–10 years of experience in customer success, fintech account management, enterprise relationship management, or digital banking operations
- Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure, digital payment ecosystems, and enterprise financial technology environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing enterprise clients within fast-paced technology ecosystems
- Ability to translate technical fintech concepts into business-focused solutions
