This role is designed for a fintech core banking architect capable of engineering the operational backbone of next-generation digital finance ecosystems.
Mission Objective
To architect scalable banking modernization ecosystems supporting:
- Intelligent financial infrastructures
- Real-time transaction environments

- Embedded finance integrations
- Enterprise operational finance modernization
Primary Responsibilities
1. Core Banking Infrastructure Modernization
- Lead modernization initiatives surrounding legacy banking architectures and digital financial ecosystems
- Design scalable operational infrastructures supporting real-time transaction processing and distributed financial services
- Build resilient enterprise frameworks optimized for high-volume operational finance environments
2. Intelligent Transaction Ecosystem Engineering
- Architect operational ecosystems supporting seamless payment orchestration and financial interoperability
- Collaborate with engineering teams on API-driven banking integrations and intelligent operational workflows
- Improve transaction visibility, operational resilience, and ecosystem scalability across enterprise finance infrastructures
3. Cloud-Native Financial Platform Strategy
- Coordinate migration and optimization initiatives across cloud-native fintech environments
- Support enterprise infrastructure scalability and distributed financial system modernization strategies
- Implement observability and monitoring frameworks improving operational finance intelligence
4. Cross-Functional Innovation Leadership
- Work closely with fintech strategists, engineers, operations teams, analysts, and executive stakeholders
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives surrounding intelligent banking modernization
- Mentor technical teams on scalable fintech infrastructure and operational resilience frameworks
5. Governance, Operational Resilience & Strategic Planning
- Maintain infrastructure governance alignment across distributed financial ecosystems
- Support enterprise operational continuity initiatives and infrastructure optimization programs
- Prepare strategic modernization recommendations and scalability roadmaps for executive leadership
Technical Requirements
- 9–16 years in banking technology, fintech infrastructure architecture, enterprise modernization, or financial systems engineering
- Strong expertise in:
- Core banking systems
- Cloud-native infrastructure
- API-driven financial ecosystems
- Distributed transaction platforms
- Enterprise observability systems
- Operational finance modernization
- Experience working with:
- Digital banking ecosystems
- Payment infrastructures
- Embedded finance platforms
- Enterprise-scale modernization initiatives
Preferred Expertise
- Familiarity with AI-powered operational finance ecosystems
- Experience in large-scale transaction orchestration systems
- Knowledge of infrastructure resilience engineering and fintech governance frameworks
