Position Overview
The Senior Executive – RegTech & Financial Data Intelligence will lead the strategic application of data science, automation, and digital compliance tools across fintech ecosystems within Saudi Arabia. The role requires mastery in regulatory technology (RegTech), data integrity, and predictive risk modeling to strengthen transparency and digital trust in financial ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Develop intelligent regulatory compliance frameworks using AI and big data for automated supervision.

Implement end-to-end digital KYC, AML, and counter-fraud analytics models.

Integrate RegTech solutions with fintech infrastructure to streamline governance and reduce manual oversight.

Lead cloud-based data analytics initiatives enabling cross-platform regulatory interoperability.

Drive real-time compliance reporting and digital audit processes.

Collaborate with policy bodies to align digital compliance with international best practices (FATF, Basel, BIS).

Oversee cyber-risk analytics and predictive regulatory assessment models.
Qualifications

Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Data Science, Finance, or Regulatory Technology.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial risk, regulatory innovation, or fintech compliance.

Expertise in AI/ML models, RegTech development, and blockchain auditability tools.

Familiarity with GCC data protection and financial governance frameworks.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership acumen.
