Strategic Mandate
This role controls the data and intelligence backbone of advanced fintech ecosystems. The Senior Executive Director will architect and oversee large-scale financial data platforms that power predictive analytics, intelligent decision systems, and real-time financial insight across digital banking and fintech services.
The mandate is to convert financial data into anticipatory intelligence, embedded deeply into fintech system behavior.
Core Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-grade financial data platforms, integrating transactional, behavioral, and external data sources.

Lead development of predictive intelligence systems supporting credit analytics, liquidity forecasting, fraud intelligence, and customer personalization.

Establish governance frameworks for data quality, model accountability, and algorithmic performance monitoring.

Oversee real-time analytics pipelines embedded directly into payments, lending, and digital banking platforms.

Collaborate with platform and product leaders to ensure data-driven decision intelligence is operationalized across systems.

Guide advanced teams across data engineering, quantitative analytics, and financial intelligence research.

Define long-term strategy for autonomous financial systems and self-optimizing fintech platforms.
Required Executive Profile

15+ years in financial data platforms, analytics leadership, or fintech intelligence systems.

Deep expertise in large-scale data engineering, predictive modeling, and real-time analytics architectures.

Strong understanding of financial products, transaction systems, and digital banking ecosystems.

Proven experience deploying intelligence systems in mission-critical financial environments.

Advanced academic or professional quantitative background is highly advantageous.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (Qatar)

Base Salary: QAR 90,000 – 120,000 per month

Annual Intelligence Performance Bonus: 35% – 50% of base (linked to predictive accuracy, system impact, and platform intelligence maturity)
