This organization is developing adaptive financial ecosystems integrating AI-powered commuter-transaction analytics systems, predictive mobility-finance intelligence frameworks, intelligent customer-onboarding environments, cloud-native transportation-payment architectures, embedded urban-commerce ecosystems, enterprise operational-visibility systems, and scalable mobility-finance infrastructures supporting transportation authorities, smart-city operators, ride-hailing ecosystems, autonomous-vehicle infrastructures, digital-ticketing platforms, and multinational urban-mobility networks.
The role is tailored for commercially intelligent fintech professionals capable of combining transportation-finance modernization, predictive analytics engineering, operational scalability governance, and customer-payment transformation into sustainable next-generation mobility ecosystems.
The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives involving transportation-payment infrastructures, commuter-finance ecosystems, operational transaction-visibility systems, and intelligent urban-commerce frameworks.
Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Executive Director – Fintech Smart Mobility Payments & AI-Driven Urban Transportation Finance Ecosystems will supervise enterprise modernization involving transportation-finance infrastructures, embedded mobility-payment ecosystems, operational analytics systems, and enterprise transaction-scalability frameworks.
This role combines fintech commercial leadership, transportation-finance strategy, operational modernization governance, and intelligent mobility-payment transformation.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transportation-payment modernization and mobility-finance transformation initiatives
- Develop scalable commuter-onboarding and financial-engagement frameworks
- Build AI-powered mobility-transaction intelligence systems improving operational visibility and financial optimization
- Coordinate digital transportation-payment modernization and enterprise mobility-finance transformation programs
- Improve customer financial accessibility and operational transaction-continuity ecosystems
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, operations, transportation ecosystems, and product teams
- Strengthen embedded mobility-finance ecosystems and enterprise payment-interoperability infrastructures
- Conduct commercial analysis identifying future transportation-finance expansion opportunities
- Support enterprise scalability initiatives through intelligent mobility modernization strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future transportation-payment ecosystems
- Supervise operational reporting and enterprise customer-optimization initiatives
- Mentor multidisciplinary mobility-finance modernization and engagement teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Transportation Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 8–16 years of experience in fintech ecosystems, transportation-payment modernization, embedded finance infrastructures, or enterprise operational transformation
- Strong expertise in digital-payment optimization and mobility-finance ecosystems
- Deep understanding of AI-powered commuter analytics and operational finance-visibility frameworks
- Experience leading enterprise operational-modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-native payment architectures and transaction-scalability systems
- Exceptional leadership and strategic communication capabilities
- GCC smart-city ecosystem exposure highly advantageous
