Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished executive to lead as Senior Executive Director – Digital Payments Infrastructure & Financial Cloud Strategy. This mandate is central to Oman’s digital financial modernization, requiring mastery in scalable payments ecosystems, sovereign-grade cloud finance strategies, and API-first cross-border transaction frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement next-generation payment infrastructures, including instant payments, e-wallet frameworks, and global remittance corridors.

Develop cloud-native financial architectures, ensuring regulatory-grade resilience, scalability, and advanced cyber defense.

Oversee deployment of AI-enabled fraud detection and liquidity optimization tools.

Create interoperable GCC-Oman payment channels supporting trade and retail financial inclusion.

Collaborate with regulators, banks, and technology stakeholders to establish future-ready financial ecosystems.
Required Qualifications

12+ years’ proven leadership in payments, digital banking, or financial technology strategy.

Expertise in cloud-based fintech infrastructures, API ecosystems, and cross-border payment protocols.

Familiarity with Oman’s financial regulatory environment and GCC interoperability frameworks.

Advanced postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Data Science, or Systems Architecture.
