This organization is building next-generation behavioral intelligence systems capable of analyzing real-time consumer financial activity, digital spending behavior, merchant engagement patterns, credit usage trends, investment preferences, and cross-channel interaction data to deliver hyper-personalized financial experiences across banking, payments, lending, and wealth platforms.
The role is designed for elite analytics leaders capable of merging customer intelligence engineering, AI-powered behavioral modeling, enterprise data strategy, and predictive engagement systems into a unified digital financial intelligence ecosystem.
Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Executive Director will oversee enterprise-wide modernization of customer analytics platforms, behavioral intelligence systems, AI-driven personalization engines, and digital financial engagement infrastructures.
The role sits at the intersection of fintech innovation, data science leadership, customer experience transformation, and enterprise analytics architecture.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise consumer analytics transformation and behavioral intelligence strategy
- Design scalable customer data platforms supporting real-time personalization
- Build AI-driven behavioral modeling systems for financial prediction and engagement
- Develop intelligent segmentation frameworks for credit, savings, investment, and payments ecosystems
- Oversee cloud-native customer data infrastructure modernization
- Implement predictive analytics systems supporting customer lifecycle optimization
- Coordinate integration across banking, fintech, retail, and digital commerce ecosystems
- Drive advanced personalization engines for digital banking and financial advisory platforms
- Establish enterprise data privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Supervise customer intelligence dashboards and real-time analytics environments
- Evaluate emerging technologies in behavioral AI and customer analytics systems
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams across analytics, engineering, product intelligence, and data science
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Behavioral Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 12–18 years of experience in customer analytics, fintech data platforms, or enterprise AI systems
- Strong expertise in behavioral modeling, predictive analytics, and personalization engines
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native data ecosystems and real-time analytics pipelines
- Experience leading enterprise-scale customer intelligence transformation programs
- Familiarity with banking, payments, or digital commerce analytics highly preferred
- Strong executive leadership and innovation strategy capabilities
- GCC digital banking exposure strongly advantageous
