Role Overview

Saudi Arabia is reimagining the architecture of global trade finance by fusing blockchain, AI-driven risk assessment, and smart contract-enabled settlement systems. As Senior Executive – Cross-Border Fintech Infrastructure & Digital Trade Finance, you will design and execute digital-first frameworks that enable secure, interoperable, and scalable financing ecosystems for enterprises, governments, and financial institutions across GCC and beyond.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the digitization of trade instruments (letters of credit, guarantees, receivables) via distributed ledger technologies.

• Establish AI-driven supply chain finance models, enabling predictive liquidity and real-time credit risk intelligence.

• Design cross-border interoperability platforms that integrate global trade corridors with GCC-based settlement hubs.

• Influence international regulatory harmonization, aligning with ICC, WTO, and IMF frameworks.

• Build ecosystem partnerships connecting exporters, importers, banks, fintech startups, and regulators.

Ideal Profile

• 20+ years in trade finance, fintech ecosystems, or cross-border settlement systems.

• Technical fluency in blockchain, smart contracts, and AI-powered risk analytics.

• Demonstrated success in multi-billion-dollar trade digitization initiatives.
