The selected professional will oversee the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of embedded financial products including Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), embedded lending, intelligent payment orchestration, digital wallets, merchant financing, API-driven financial ecosystems, real-time transaction systems, and contextual financial experiences.

This role requires a strategic fintech professional capable of blending product innovation, financial technology infrastructure, digital ecosystem partnerships, API integration strategy, regulatory alignment, and customer experience optimization within highly scalable fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities

Embedded Finance Strategy & Ecosystem Development

• Design enterprise embedded finance strategies aligned with regional digital transformation objectives
• Identify high-growth opportunities for integrating financial services into non-banking digital ecosystems
• Lead expansion initiatives across embedded payments, digital lending, insurance integration, merchant finance, subscription finance, and intelligent financial automation
• Develop commercial frameworks supporting fintech ecosystem partnerships and platform monetization strategies
• Drive embedded banking innovation across e-commerce, mobility, logistics, telecom, and digital marketplace environments

Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) Integration

• Manage API-driven banking integration programs across partner ecosystems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize financial infrastructure interoperability
• Support the deployment of embedded KYC, AML, onboarding, payment processing, and identity verification capabilities
• Coordinate integration projects involving digital wallets, payment gateways, and financial service orchestration layers
• Ensure embedded finance architecture supports scalability, security, resilience, and regulatory compliance

Product Innovation & Commercial Optimization

• Develop embedded financial products tailored to enterprise and consumer ecosystems
• Analyze customer behavior and transactional data to improve embedded financial experiences
• Support revenue optimization through intelligent financial product positioning
• Collaborate with product, UX, AI, and data teams on customer-centric fintech innovation
• Design contextual finance experiences integrated directly into digital user journeys

Governance & Regulatory Alignment

• Ensure embedded financial products comply with GCC regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams on financial governance controls
• Support operational risk assessments involving third-party financial integrations
• Establish governance frameworks for partner onboarding and embedded service delivery
• Maintain regulatory documentation and ecosystem risk oversight procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Business Strategy, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 5–12 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, embedded finance, API ecosystems, payments, or BaaS infrastructure
• Strong understanding of fintech architecture and digital financial ecosystems
• Experience managing financial product integrations across enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of payment systems, digital onboarding, transaction infrastructure, and financial APIs
• Excellent commercial strategy, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities
