Position Overview
The Senior Director – RegTech & Digital Compliance Innovation will develop advanced, AI-powered regulatory technology solutions across the UAE’s fintech landscape. The role integrates predictive analytics, automated compliance, and blockchain-enabled audit systems to enhance governance, transparency, and financial supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Architect AI and ML-based RegTech systems for AML, KYC, and real-time regulatory monitoring.

Oversee blockchain-based audit trails and data integrity frameworks.

Develop cloud-based compliance dashboards with predictive risk analytics.

Lead collaboration with regulators and international fintech partners.

Drive innovation in cross-border compliance, reporting automation, and governance intelligence.

Ensure alignment with UAE data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Finance, or Regulatory Technology.

10+ years of leadership experience in RegTech, compliance automation, or financial governance.

Expertise in AI/ML, big data analytics, and blockchain for compliance.

Familiarity with GCC and international regulatory frameworks.
