This role targets a leader capable of designing next-generation WealthTech ecosystems with institutional precision while operating remotely from any global location.

As the Senior Director of WealthTech Platforms & Digital Portfolio Intelligence, you will orchestrate the conception, engineering, and strategic scaling of multi-asset advisory systems, AI-driven risk analysis engines, investor-profiling algorithms, real-time investment scoring tools, and advanced portfolio-optimization modules powering Bahrain’s modern wealth infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. WealthTech Platform Architecture

• Build the end-to-end architecture for algorithmic advisory systems, integrating structured and unstructured financial data.

• Define modular WealthTech components: investor-personality analytics, automated rebalancing engines, intelligent asset allocation algorithms, and predictive return-probability models.

• Engineer interoperability between wealth platforms, custodial layers, digital wallets, and multi-asset investment channels.

2. Advanced Portfolio Intelligence Engineering

• Deploy machine-learning models for risk clustering, scenario stress testing, market anomaly detection, and multi-factor investment scoring.

• Orchestrate real-time decision engines processing high-frequency market signals and adjusting advisory outputs seamlessly.

3. Client-Centric Digital Investment Experience

• Lead UX strategy for omni-device investment journeys, micro-advisory interfaces, and guided wealth-planning modules.

• Ensure the user experience meets global institutional standards for transparency, data clarity, and frictionless decision flows.

4. Governance, Product Compliance & Strategic Coordination

• Lead alignment on investment-intelligence governance, customer suitability models, and digital-advisory guardrails.

• Communicate insights to cross-border strategy teams and Bahrain’s fintech policy stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• 10–16 years in digital wealth, quantitative investment systems, WealthTech products, or institutional advisory engineering.

• Mastery of financial modeling, algorithmic investment tools, and multi-asset intelligence systems.

• Strong international communication capability in remote environments.
