Role Overview

The UAE’s rapidly expanding digital asset ecosystem demands high-assurance infrastructure, institutional-grade custody solutions, and intelligent analytics frameworks designed to safeguard market integrity. This role targets a senior fintech innovator capable of designing digital asset systems that are operationally resilient, regulatory-aligned, and optimized for institutional adoption.

The Senior Director will build end-to-end digital asset infrastructures enabling high-trust custody, programmable asset operations, advanced market surveillance, and secure multi-network interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer enterprise-scale digital asset infrastructures integrating secure key management, MPC frameworks, and multi-layer security protocols.

• Develop token lifecycle management workflows covering issuance, validation, compliance auditing, settlement automation, and digital registry operations.

• Design market integrity analytics engines incorporating behavioral modeling, price-manipulation detection, systemic-risk mapping, and predictive indicators.

• Build interoperable digital asset gateways enabling connectivity across blockchain networks, institutional trading platforms, and custodial environments.

• Structure regulatory-aligned control frameworks ensuring operational integrity, audit transparency, digital-asset safety, and supervisory-compliance readiness.

• Lead strategic architecture initiatives connecting digital assets with broader financial systems, liquidity networks, and market-data intelligence.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in digital asset technologies, fintech capital markets engineering, or institutional custody systems.

• Strong experience with blockchain architecture, key security protocols, distributed computing, and market-surveillance analytics.

• Deep understanding of GCC regulatory evolution, digital asset governance, and financial-market infrastructure.

• Proven leadership designing large-scale institutional fintech systems.
