Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent payment infrastructures, incorporating real-time settlement, biometric authentication, and AI-powered fraud detection.

• Lead the transformation of digital banking platforms into cloud-native, data-driven, and API-first ecosystems.

• Establish strategic collaborations with payment networks, fintech startups, and regulatory authorities.

• Oversee cross-border payment corridors integrating digital currencies, stablecoins, and traditional clearing systems.

• Develop frameworks for AI-enhanced customer engagement, including robo-advisory and hyper-personalized banking.

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years in digital payments, retail banking, or fintech innovation.

• Deep knowledge of real-time settlement systems, mobile-first banking, and AI applications in finance.

• Proven track record in building digital platforms at scale across diverse markets.

• Strong ability to align product development with international compliance standards.
