This role is tailored for commercially strategic fintech professionals with deep expertise in merchant acquiring systems, intelligent payment infrastructures, transaction scalability ecosystems, and enterprise financial connectivity technologies.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in modernizing payment acceptance infrastructures for enterprise merchants, digital commerce ecosystems, subscription-based platforms, and emerging embedded financial services environments.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise merchant acquiring transformation programs involving payment acceptance ecosystems, digital transaction infrastructures, and intelligent commerce technologies.
• Design scalable merchant financial solutions supporting omnichannel payments, QR ecosystems, embedded transaction services, and API-based commerce integrations.
• Collaborate with fintech engineers, operational strategists, cybersecurity teams, and analytics specialists to optimize payment ecosystem performance.
• Develop merchant growth frameworks focused on transaction scalability, customer experience enhancement, and financial ecosystem expansion.
• Oversee integration of intelligent payment technologies into enterprise commerce platforms and digital transaction environments.
• Conduct strategic market analysis relating to merchant financial trends, digital commerce adoption, and emerging fintech payment innovations.
• Support enterprise partnerships involving payment processors, merchant networks, digital marketplaces, and financial service providers.
• Develop executive reporting systems covering transaction performance, merchant growth metrics, payment reliability, and ecosystem scalability.
• Lead fintech modernization initiatives involving cloud-native commerce platforms, intelligent transaction orchestration, and predictive payment analytics.
• Represent enterprise merchant financial programs during strategic partnership discussions and fintech innovation forums.
• Mentor high-performance fintech commerce and operational teams while promoting enterprise growth excellence.

Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 8–13 years of experience in merchant acquiring, fintech commerce ecosystems, payment operations, or digital transaction infrastructures.
• Strong expertise in payment technologies, merchant onboarding ecosystems, API banking services, and enterprise transaction management.
• Experience working within large-scale digital commerce and fintech operational environments.
• Strong understanding of customer payment behaviors, merchant financial optimization, and transaction scalability systems.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
