The selected candidate will contribute directly to transforming enterprise insurance finance ecosystems through AI-powered claims processing technologies, automated settlement infrastructures, predictive transaction analytics platforms, and cloud-native operational finance systems.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise insurance payment transformation initiatives involving embedded finance ecosystems, digital claims transaction platforms, and intelligent settlement infrastructures.
- Design scalable financial servicing frameworks supporting automated claims processing, transaction optimization, and enterprise operational continuity.
- Collaborate with fintech engineers, insurance operations teams, cybersecurity specialists, analytics professionals, and infrastructure architects to strengthen enterprise financial ecosystems.
- Oversee implementation of AI-enhanced operational systems supporting claims visibility, customer transaction efficiency, and payment ecosystem scalability.
- Develop governance standards supporting financial transparency, claims operational integrity, and enterprise transaction resilience.
- Conduct market intelligence analysis focused on embedded insurance payment trends, digital claims modernization opportunities, and fintech operational growth ecosystems.
- Support enterprise innovation initiatives involving intelligent financial servicing technologies, predictive operational analytics systems, and cloud-native claims infrastructures.
- Prepare executive dashboards covering claims settlement metrics, operational performance analytics, transaction growth indicators, and enterprise modernization frameworks.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, insurance ecosystem partners, payment processors, and enterprise fintech stakeholders regarding strategic modernization initiatives.
- Monitor emerging innovations involving AI-driven insurance servicing systems, intelligent payment orchestration technologies, and predictive claims analytics ecosystems.
- Mentor enterprise operational and financial servicing teams while promoting innovation leadership and customer-centric operational excellence.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Insurance Operations, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 8–13 years of experience in insurance payments, fintech operations, digital claims ecosystems, or enterprise financial servicing environments.
- Strong expertise in claims payment infrastructures, operational transaction technologies, embedded finance ecosystems, and predictive analytical platforms.
- Experience working within enterprise financial operations and high-volume transaction ecosystems.
- Familiarity with fintech governance standards, operational resilience methodologies, and enterprise modernization strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and enterprise stakeholder coordination capabilities.
