A rapidly expanding digital finance ecosystem in Kuwait is searching for a Senior Director of Fintech Digital Remittance & Global Payment Expansion to lead enterprise remittance modernization initiatives, intelligent payment corridor ecosystems, and international transaction growth strategies.
This strategic role is designed for highly accomplished fintech payment professionals with deep expertise in cross-border transaction infrastructures, remittance ecosystems, digital wallet technologies, payment interoperability systems, and enterprise financial expansion programs.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in shaping scalable international payment infrastructures supporting migrant financial services, merchant payment corridors, embedded financial ecosystems, and real-time global transaction platforms.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital remittance transformation initiatives involving intelligent payment corridors, real-time transaction ecosystems, and scalable financial connectivity platforms.
- Design strategic payment expansion frameworks supporting cross-border transaction growth, merchant interoperability, and embedded financial services ecosystems.
- Collaborate with fintech engineers, treasury specialists, payment operations teams, and compliance leaders to strengthen enterprise payment infrastructures.
- Oversee implementation of digital wallet integrations, API-driven transaction services, and automated remittance operational systems.
- Develop governance standards supporting transaction transparency, operational resilience, financial accessibility, and enterprise payment reliability.
- Conduct market intelligence analysis focused on international transaction behaviors, remittance growth trends, and fintech payment modernization opportunities.
- Support enterprise fintech modernization involving cloud-native payment infrastructures, intelligent routing systems, and predictive transaction analytics technologies.
- Prepare executive reports covering remittance performance metrics, payment ecosystem scalability, customer adoption indicators, and transaction growth analytics.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, payment processors, merchant ecosystems, and financial technology partners regarding strategic payment corridor initiatives.
- Monitor emerging innovations involving programmable payments, intelligent settlement ecosystems, and AI-enhanced transaction optimization systems.
- Mentor payment operations and fintech growth teams while promoting enterprise innovation excellence and customer-centric financial transformation.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- 9–14 years of experience in remittance operations, cross-border payments, fintech expansion ecosystems, or enterprise transaction infrastructures.
- Strong expertise in payment ecosystems, digital wallet infrastructures, transaction routing systems, and financial interoperability technologies.
- Experience working within high-volume international transaction environments and enterprise fintech operational ecosystems.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial governance frameworks, operational scalability methodologies, and transaction risk management standards.
- Strong leadership, commercial strategy, and executive communication capabilities.
