This strategic role is intended for commercially driven fintech professionals with strong expertise in consumer payment technologies, digital wallet infrastructures, customer transaction analytics, and enterprise financial growth ecosystems.
The selected candidate will contribute directly to expanding enterprise digital payment adoption through AI-enhanced customer engagement systems, intelligent transaction ecosystems, embedded payment infrastructures, and scalable fintech commerce strategies.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise digital wallet transformation initiatives involving intelligent payment ecosystems, customer financial engagement platforms, and transaction growth infrastructures.
- Design scalable payment growth frameworks supporting customer acquisition, transaction adoption, and embedded commerce ecosystems.
- Collaborate with fintech engineers, payment operations specialists, data analysts, and customer experience teams to strengthen enterprise financial ecosystems.
- Oversee implementation of AI-powered customer engagement systems supporting payment personalization, transaction optimization, and financial accessibility.
- Develop governance standards supporting secure digital payments, operational continuity, and customer financial trust.
- Conduct market intelligence analysis focused on digital wallet adoption trends, payment behaviors, and emerging fintech transaction opportunities.
- Support enterprise modernization initiatives involving cloud-native payment infrastructures, intelligent commerce systems, and predictive transaction analytics technologies.
- Prepare executive dashboards tracking transaction growth metrics, customer engagement indicators, payment ecosystem performance, and operational scalability frameworks.
- Coordinate with banking institutions, merchant platforms, payment processors, and fintech ecosystem partners regarding strategic digital payment initiatives.
- Monitor emerging innovations involving embedded finance ecosystems, intelligent transaction orchestration technologies, and AI-enhanced customer payment systems.
- Mentor enterprise payment operations and customer engagement teams while promoting innovation culture and operational excellence.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Financial Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 8–13 years of experience in digital payments, fintech commerce ecosystems, customer financial engagement, or enterprise payment growth environments.
- Strong expertise in digital wallet platforms, customer transaction analytics systems, embedded payment ecosystems, and financial operational technologies.
- Experience working with high-volume transaction environments and enterprise digital finance ecosystems.
- Familiarity with fintech governance standards, operational scalability frameworks, and customer financial optimization methodologies.
- Strong strategic leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
