Role Overview
Saudi Arabia’s fintech landscape is rapidly expanding, with digital banking innovation central to the Kingdom’s transformation agenda. This role requires a seasoned fintech leader to design, execute, and govern digital-first banking models, while aligning with regulatory frameworks set by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The candidate will be responsible for driving technological modernization, product innovation, and cross-border interoperability across retail and institutional finance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead digital banking transformation projects leveraging open banking, cloud-native solutions, and blockchain technologies.

Design customer-centric platforms with seamless omnichannel experiences.

Ensure full compliance with SAMA regulations while enabling innovation.

Collaborate with fintech startups, regional banks, and global technology providers.

Establish digital identity, RegTech, and advanced cybersecurity protocols.

Drive adoption of AI-based decisioning in credit, lending, and customer support functions.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

12+ years in fintech or banking transformation, with 5+ years in senior leadership.

Proven success in building and scaling digital finance platforms.

Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s financial regulatory environment.
