Position Overview
The Senior Director of Blockchain Finance & Tokenized Asset Systems will oversee the architecture, governance, and expansion of Kuwait’s digital asset and blockchain finance landscape. The position focuses on developing interoperable blockchain frameworks, tokenized investment ecosystems, and secure decentralized financial infrastructures that align with global best practices.
This role requires a strategic innovator capable of bridging distributed ledger technologies, digital asset compliance, and institutional fintech integration, establishing Kuwait as a vanguard in secure, tokenized digital finance.
Core Responsibilities

Design and implement blockchain-based financial systems supporting asset tokenization, decentralized lending, and smart contracts.

Lead cross-chain interoperability initiatives, connecting domestic and global blockchain ecosystems.

Oversee regulatory-compliant digital asset frameworks, integrating with existing financial infrastructures.

Develop AI-enhanced blockchain analytics for real-time compliance, transparency, and fraud prevention.

Candidate Profile

Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Blockchain Engineering, Cryptography, or Financial Technology.

12+ years in blockchain architecture, tokenization strategy, or digital asset innovation.

Expertise in DeFi, smart contracts, distributed ledgers, and cybersecurity frameworks.
