Role Overview

The Senior Director of AI-Driven Multi-Asset Trading Intelligence will build and scale Oman’s next-generation investment intelligence infrastructure—covering automated trading engines, deep-learning advisory systems, multi-asset execution pathways, and portfolio optimisation engines. You will develop institutional-grade technology capable of powering retail, affluent, and institutional digital investment channels across the Omani fintech landscape. The role is strategic, technical, research-driven, and requires exceptional sophistication in financial systems engineering.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect multi-asset digital investment platforms integrating equities, fixed income, commodities, derivatives, and digital asset execution layers.

• Develop AI-driven predictive analytics engines that interpret macroeconomic dynamics, liquidity regimes, volatility patterns, and sentiment signals.

• Build model governance frameworks overseeing calibration, back-testing, scenario stress modelling, and adaptive performance optimisation.

• Engineer high-speed multi-asset connectivity pipelines interfacing global markets, liquidity pools, custodial networks, and OTC venues.

• Lead research into quant strategies, factor-based models, machine-learning allocation frameworks, and algorithmic execution intelligence.

• Establish robust data architectures for market intelligence, portfolio analytics, risk evaluation, and regulatory transparency.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in quant modelling, factor analytics, portfolio optimisation, and machine-learning financial models.

• Experience integrating OMS/PMS systems, custodial structures, and multi-asset execution gateways.

• Mastery of event-driven cloud computing architectures, high-performance data pipelines, and algorithmic execution engines.

• Strong command of predictive analytics, neural networks, NLP sentiment modelling, and real-time signal extraction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years in multi-asset trading systems, digital investment architecture, or quantitative intelligence engineering.

• Demonstrated ability to scale AI-based investment platforms across global markets.

• Strong analytical depth, exceptional innovation capability, and cross-market strategic vision.
