Overview
The Senior Director of AI-Driven Financial Intelligence Systems will lead the conception, governance, and global-scale deployment of advanced AI ecosystems that revolutionize financial analytics, risk management, and predictive modeling within the UAE’s dynamic fintech landscape. The role integrates cognitive AI, regulatory data intelligence, and digital ecosystem transformation into a cohesive, secure, and scalable architecture aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities

Architect AI-powered platforms for financial intelligence, integrating predictive risk models, generative analytics, and algorithmic compliance automation.

Design autonomous decision frameworks leveraging neural networks and deep reinforcement learning for credit analytics, fraud detection, and portfolio optimization.

Drive convergence between fintech data ecosystems, open banking APIs, and national digital economy strategies.

Establish digital ethics and explainable AI frameworks compliant with UAE Central Bank and global AI governance principles.

Collaborate with cross-border regulatory entities to operationalize real-time supervision through advanced RegTech data streams.

Lead strategic AI capability development programs across data engineering, analytics, and fintech product design.
Required Expertise

12+ years of senior experience in AI-driven fintech innovation, risk analytics, or financial data infrastructure.

Mastery of machine learning pipelines, big data architectures, and federated learning in regulated environments.

Strong grasp of fintech regulatory frameworks (Basel III, FATF, GDPR, ISO 20022, and emerging AI regulation standards).

Proven leadership in designing enterprise AI frameworks for large-scale fintech ecosystems.

Strategic vision for AI-integrated finance within GCC’s digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications

PhD or Master’s in Financial Engineering, AI Systems, or Data Science.

Membership in international AI ethics or fintech innovation boards.
