To lead this initiative, the organization is seeking a Senior Director – Fintech Data Platforms, Analytics & Financial Decision Intelligence.

This role is responsible for building the data infrastructure and analytical capabilities that transform raw financial data into actionable insights. The objective is to enable smarter decision-making across product development, risk management, customer experience, and business strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Data Platform Architecture

• Design scalable data platforms for financial data processing.
• Build data pipelines for real-time and batch analytics.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Optimize storage and processing of large-scale financial datasets.

Financial Analytics & Intelligence

• Develop analytical models for financial insights and forecasting.

• Establish data governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data platforms or analytics.
