Position Summary

To lead this transformation, the organization is seeking a Senior Director – Financial Data Science, AI Analytics & Predictive Intelligence Platforms.
This role is responsible for building the analytical backbone of the organization—ensuring that data is not only collected, but intelligently interpreted and strategically applied.
Core Responsibilities
Data Science & AI Strategy
- Define strategy for AI and data science initiatives across fintech platforms.
- Develop predictive models for financial insights and decision-making.
- Integrate machine learning into operational and product systems.
- Drive innovation in AI-powered financial services.
Analytics Platform Development
- Build scalable analytics platforms for financial data processing.
- Enable real-time and batch analytics capabilities.
- Ensure data accessibility and usability across teams.
- Optimize performance of data pipelines and models.
Financial Intelligence & Insights
- Generate actionable insights from financial data.
- Support strategic decision-making across business units.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Enhance customer experience through data-driven insights.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure ethical use of AI and data.
- Maintain compliance with financial data regulations.
- Establish governance frameworks for data and analytics systems.
- Protect data privacy and security.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, AI, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Strong expertise in machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Experience with large-scale data platforms.
- Proven leadership in data-driven organizations.
