To lead this transformation, the organization is seeking a Senior Director – Financial Compliance Platforms, Regulatory Intelligence & Automated Reporting Systems.
This role is responsible for designing systems that ensure compliance is embedded into every financial process—reducing risk while enhancing operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
Compliance Platform Architecture
- Design scalable systems for regulatory compliance and reporting.
- Build automated workflows for compliance checks and validations.
- Enable real-time monitoring of regulatory adherence.
- Ensure integration with financial systems.
Regulatory Intelligence & Analytics
- Develop systems for tracking regulatory changes.
- Integrate analytics into compliance decision-making.
- Identify risks and compliance gaps through data insights.
- Support strategic planning with regulatory intelligence.
Automated Reporting Systems
- Build systems for generating regulatory reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting processes.
- Reduce manual intervention through automation.
- Maintain audit-ready reporting frameworks.
Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain transparency and auditability of compliance systems.
- Implement risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with regulators and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Law, or Technology.
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, RegTech, or fintech systems.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations.
- Experience with automation and analytics tools.
- Proven leadership in regulated environments.
