About the Position
An innovation-driven fintech organization is searching for a visionary Senior Director – Financial AI & Data Platforms to lead the architecture and development of intelligent financial data ecosystems powering predictive analytics, customer intelligence, fraud detection, and automated financial decision-making.
You will oversee enterprise-scale AI initiatives, cloud-native data platforms, and advanced analytics programmes while guiding multidisciplinary teams responsible for delivering highly resilient digital financial services.
Primary Responsibilities
AI & Data Strategy
- Develop enterprise AI strategies for financial services.
- Design large-scale financial data platforms.
- Build predictive analytics capabilities.
- Enhance business intelligence frameworks.
Platform Engineering
- Lead cloud-native data engineering initiatives.
- Improve enterprise data architecture.
- Optimize high-volume financial data processing.
- Drive automation across analytics workflows.
Leadership
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Establish enterprise development standards.
- Mentor technical leaders.
- Promote innovation across engineering operations.
Security & Governance
- Ensure enterprise data governance.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within fintech or enterprise technology.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, TensorFlow, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership in enterprise technology programmes.
