Role Overview

The Senior Director – Digital Banking Transformation & Platform Modernization will lead strategic initiatives focused on redesigning and optimizing digital financial infrastructures. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the development of next-generation banking platforms that combine advanced cloud computing, modular system architectures, and secure financial data processing environments.

Operating remotely while contributing to fintech initiatives aligned with Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving financial ecosystem, the Senior Director will guide complex platform modernization programs and ensure the successful deployment of scalable digital banking solutions.

Strategic Responsibilities

Digital Banking Platform Modernization

• Lead the transformation of traditional banking systems into modular digital banking platforms.

• Design architectural frameworks capable of supporting mobile banking, digital lending, and online financial services.

• Ensure financial platforms maintain high levels of performance, scalability, and reliability.

Financial Systems Integration

• Oversee the integration of multiple fintech services into unified banking environments.

• Implement API-driven architectures that enable interoperability between banking systems and external fintech platforms.

Cloud Infrastructure Development

• Guide the migration of financial systems toward secure cloud-based infrastructures.

• Ensure high-availability architectures capable of processing large volumes of digital financial transactions.

Governance & Risk Management

• Establish governance models ensuring financial technology platforms meet operational and security standards.

• Implement monitoring frameworks that maintain system stability and financial data protection.
