Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Director for Digital Assets & AI Wealth Platforms to lead strategy, product development, and operational execution for AI-driven wealth management and blockchain-based digital asset platforms. This UAE-based remote role requires deep domain expertise in fintech product strategy, regulatory frameworks, and technology-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute strategic product roadmaps for AI-driven wealth management platforms and digital asset ecosystems.

• Conduct advanced market intelligence, competitive analysis, and regulatory scanning to identify growth opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.

• Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps, ensuring platform scalability, security, and regulatory compliance with DIFC and UAE financial regulations.

• Collaborate with distributed teams including engineering, product management, data science, and compliance to deliver integrated fintech solutions.

• Design governance frameworks for digital asset transactions, AML/KYC compliance, risk monitoring, and reporting.

• Establish KPIs, performance monitoring, and system analytics to optimize platform adoption, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

• Lead thought leadership initiatives through whitepapers, industry conferences, webinars, and strategic advisory forums.

• Oversee vendor partnerships, technology integrations, and third-party platform alignment.

• Mentor senior team members to develop high-performing, innovative remote teams focused on fintech excellence.

Required Expertise & Qualifications:

• MBA, MSc, or equivalent in Finance, Technology Management, or related discipline.

• 10–15 years of senior fintech product and strategy experience in digital assets, blockchain, or AI-powered investment platforms.

• Expertise in blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts, decentralized finance, AI/ML analytics, and wealth management platforms.

• Demonstrated success leading remote, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-impact fintech solutions.

• Deep understanding of UAE and international regulatory frameworks for digital assets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: AED 80,000 – 105,000 per month

• Performance Bonus: 25–35% annually
