Executive Summary

The Senior Director of Financial Intelligence & Risk Analytics will lead the development of AI-driven fintech systems capable of detecting anomalies, predicting financial risks, and automating regulatory reporting for digital banking, wealth management, and payment systems aligned with Kuwait’s fintech ecosystem.

This fully remote role requires expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, and enterprise risk intelligence.

Strategic Objectives

• Design real-time transaction monitoring systems for fraud prevention.

• Implement AI models to detect emerging risks and behavioral anomalies.

• Automate regulatory compliance and reporting frameworks.

• Integrate analytics systems across multiple financial platforms and digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Analytics & Risk Intelligence

• Architect predictive models for fraud detection, credit risk analysis, and market risk monitoring.

• Deploy behavioral analytics engines that continuously learn from transaction patterns.

Regulatory Technology & Compliance Automation

• Build automated reporting systems aligned with local and global financial regulations.

• Ensure cross-border fintech compliance for digital payment and investment platforms.

Data Security & Governance

• Develop enterprise-grade encryption and identity verification protocols.

• Implement secure pipelines for AI-driven analytics while maintaining privacy compliance.

Leadership & Strategic Management

• Manage multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, fintech engineers, and compliance analysts.

• Define long-term roadmaps for AI adoption and fintech intelligence platforms.

Technology Stack

• Big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) for financial transaction processing

• AI/ML frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Real-time analytics & monitoring dashboards

• RegTech automation tools for financial compliance

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 12–14 years in fintech analytics, risk management technology, or AI-enabled financial systems.

Technical Expertise: Strong AI/ML experience for predictive financial modeling.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-grade fintech solutions.
