Position Summary
The Senior Director of AI-Driven Open Banking & Cognitive Payment Ecosystems will lead the conceptualization and deployment of a next-generation intelligent financial ecosystem — one that merges open banking standards with machine cognition, behavioral analytics, and frictionless digital experiences. This role demands a visionary capable of orchestrating large-scale AI frameworks that enhance transparency, personalization, and predictive efficiency across regional and global fintech landscapes.
Primary Responsibilities

Design an AI-first open banking infrastructure connecting fintechs, financial institutions, and digital identity systems through secure, standardized APIs.

Implement real-time adaptive payment systems using behavioral analytics and neural data processing to predict consumer intent and transaction patterns.

Lead machine intelligence integration for automated credit scoring, instant settlement optimization, and data-driven personalization.

Develop cross-border open finance corridors linking GCC fintech ecosystems with international digital financial markets.

Establish AI ethics, transparency, and algorithmic accountability frameworks ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank digital regulations.

Partner with data privacy experts to implement federated learning models, preserving consumer confidentiality while enhancing financial insight accuracy.
Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Data Systems Engineering, or Financial Technology.

Minimum 10 years of experience in open banking, payment intelligence, or AI-based fintech innovation.

Deep technical fluency in API security, graph-based learning, and cognitive computing frameworks.
