Position Overview

An international financial technology organization supporting digital financial platforms across multiple regions is seeking a Senior Digital Finance Systems Integration Manager to coordinate the integration of financial systems used in modern fintech environments.

This role focuses on ensuring seamless interoperability between payment gateways, banking APIs, financial data platforms, and digital transaction services. The position requires expertise in financial technology architecture, digital banking infrastructure, and cross-platform integration strategies.

The successful candidate will work remotely with global teams including software engineers, data analysts, compliance professionals, and fintech product managers to ensure reliable and secure financial service delivery.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Systems Integration

• Coordinate integration of fintech platforms with payment gateways and financial APIs

• Ensure interoperability between digital banking systems and transaction platforms

• Oversee technical deployment of new financial service integrations

Digital Payment Infrastructure

• Support operational stability of digital transaction systems

• Collaborate with payment service teams to improve transaction efficiency

• Monitor system performance across payment processing networks

Cross-Platform Data Synchronization

• Maintain accurate data flow between financial systems and analytics platforms

• Identify data inconsistencies affecting financial reporting or operations

• Implement data validation procedures within fintech systems

Collaboration with Technical Teams

• Work closely with engineering teams developing fintech infrastructure

• Coordinate with product managers during deployment of new financial services

• Assist support teams in troubleshooting financial system issues

Operational Reporting

• Develop performance reports on system integration effectiveness

• Provide insights into transaction processing metrics

• Recommend improvements to financial technology workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Financial Technology, or Computer Science

• 5+ years experience in fintech systems integration or digital banking technology

• Experience working with financial APIs and payment systems

• Strong understanding of financial transaction processing workflows

Preferred Experience

• Experience with international payment platforms
