Role Purpose
The Senior Digital Banking Strategy Lead will spearhead end-to-end strategy, design, and deployment of advanced digital banking initiatives tailored to the UAE’s evolving financial landscape. The incumbent will collaborate with regulatory, data governance, and innovation teams to align fintech strategy with the Central Bank’s modernization agenda and the UAE’s “Financial Infrastructure Transformation” roadmap.
Core Responsibilities

Design strategic blueprints for digital banking ecosystems encompassing neobanking, API-driven integration, and embedded finance capabilities.

Lead digital transformation programs focusing on open banking, digital KYC, and seamless customer experience design.

Oversee financial inclusion initiatives, leveraging data intelligence and AI personalization to enhance user access across multiple financial tiers.

Direct remote, cross-functional teams responsible for analytics, product innovation, cybersecurity, and compliance alignment.

Develop KPIs and governance frameworks to ensure sustainable digital banking performance across distributed fintech networks.

Evaluate strategic partnerships with cloud providers, regtech firms, and payments infrastructure innovators.
Required Expertise

10+ years’ experience in fintech strategy, digital banking transformation, or financial ecosystem design.

Proven knowledge of GCC fintech regulation, data localization standards, and open finance architecture.

Advanced proficiency in AI-driven analytics, agile product management, and API governance.

Strategic leadership experience in multi-region or multi-currency digital frameworks.

Master’s degree in Finance, Data Systems, or related quantitative field.
