A Senior DAO Governance Manager is required to oversee treasury strategy, governance proposals, and operational decision-making across decentralized finance ecosystems.

Core Mission

To ensure decentralized financial protocols operate with:

• Transparent and secure treasury governance
• Sustainable DAO decision-making frameworks
• Strong protocol stability and long-term ecosystem resilience

Primary Responsibilities

1. DAO Governance Operations

• Design and manage governance proposal lifecycles across protocol ecosystems.
• Structure voting frameworks for upgrades, treasury allocations, and risk controls.
• Ensure governance processes remain transparent, efficient, and community-driven.

2. Treasury Strategy & Reserve Management

• Oversee treasury diversification strategies across stable assets, liquidity pools, and reserve structures.
• Evaluate capital allocation decisions and long-term treasury sustainability.
• Support reserve management models that protect protocol solvency.

3. Governance Participation & Stakeholder Alignment

• Improve governance participation among token holders and ecosystem contributors.
• Analyze governance participation trends and voting concentration risks.
• Coordinate governance communication and proposal transparency.

4. Protocol Sustainability Planning

• Review token emission schedules, staking incentives, and governance reward systems.
• Ensure governance decisions align with long-term protocol economics.
• Reduce governance risks related to treasury depletion or unsustainable incentives.

Required Expertise

• DAO governance frameworks
• Treasury strategy in DeFi ecosystems
• Tokenomics and protocol incentive structures
• Governance proposal systems and voting mechanisms

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years in fintech, blockchain operations, or governance roles
• Strong understanding of DAO systems and treasury governance
• Experience with decentralized protocol operations and token ecosystems
• Strategic thinking with strong financial governance discipline
