Core Mission

To manage digital asset treasury systems that ensure:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Treasury Reserve Management

• Oversee reserve allocation across stablecoins, fiat-linked assets, and strategic digital holdings.
• Build treasury diversification strategies to reduce volatility exposure.
• Maintain reserve structures that support operational stability and long-term liquidity planning.

2. Liquidity Planning & Capital Allocation

• Manage treasury liquidity requirements across payment operations, settlements, and institutional obligations.
• Optimize capital deployment strategies across wallets, reserve pools, and financial instruments.
• Improve liquidity efficiency across cross-border and multi-currency treasury flows.

3. Treasury Risk Controls

• Monitor treasury exposure to market volatility, counterparty risk, and operational concentration.
• Develop treasury protection frameworks for custody, access controls, and reserve security.
• Ensure treasury movements follow governance approval structures.

4. Reporting & Executive Treasury Governance

• Deliver treasury reporting for leadership visibility and strategic decision-making.
• Build reserve transparency frameworks and treasury performance dashboards.
• Support long-term treasury planning and institutional financial governance.
