Role Overview

This role supports the development of highly specialized digital asset and tokenization strategies tailored to Kuwait’s emerging financial innovation landscape. The analyst will design cross-border asset tokenization frameworks, examine distributed settlement pathways, and develop robust risk controls supporting regulated digital asset ecosystems. The focus is on providing analytical rigor, ecosystem mapping, and structural insights enabling secure, compliant, and institution-ready digital asset deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tokenization models for financial instruments, real-world assets, and institutional-grade digital asset workflows.

• Map cross-border settlement structures leveraging distributed ledgers, multi-signature authorization procedures, and identity-bound digital credentials.

• Conduct deep technical research assessing liquidity mechanisms, custodial security models, cryptographic controls, and token lifecycle governance.

• Produce high-detail analytical reports for cross-jurisdictional digital asset adoption, regulatory impact, and technology readiness.

• Evaluate systemic risks, compliance boundaries, and operational dependencies across tokenized ecosystems.

• Support institutional alignment with Kuwait’s evolving digital asset guidelines and emerging supervisory expectations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in digital assets analysis, tokenization research, blockchain strategy, or fintech innovation.

• Strong knowledge of distributed ledger structures, token economics, cross-border settlement logic, and digital asset security.

• Ability to convert complex digital asset concepts into structured strategic intelligence.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with zero-knowledge proofs, multi-party computation, or enterprise blockchain integration.

• Familiarity with risk analytics or regulatory impact modeling for digital assets.
