This hybrid role combines remote strategic management with periodic in-country collaboration for governance reviews, treasury operations, and high-level financial system coordination.

Core Mission

To ensure blockchain-powered financial systems operate with:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Blockchain Financial Operations

• Monitor and manage operational workflows across digital asset payment systems.
• Oversee wallet operations, transaction settlements, and asset movement controls.
• Ensure reliability across blockchain-based payment channels and treasury workflows.

2. Digital Asset Treasury Coordination

• Support treasury controls for stable assets, tokenized reserves, and liquidity management.
• Improve operational efficiency across asset movement approvals and settlement timelines.
• Maintain strong visibility across treasury workflows and reserve balances.

3. Cross-Functional Blockchain Delivery

• Work closely with compliance, engineering, and product teams on operational execution.
• Translate operational bottlenecks into product or infrastructure improvements.
• Support rollout of new blockchain-enabled payment products.

4. Risk Monitoring & Governance

• Identify operational vulnerabilities across blockchain transaction systems.
• Improve incident management processes for transaction failures or wallet anomalies.
• Ensure operational activities remain aligned with governance policies.

Required Expertise

• Blockchain payment systems
• Wallet operations and digital asset workflows
• Treasury operations in tokenized finance
• Fintech product operations and governance

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years in fintech operations, blockchain infrastructure, or digital asset management
• Strong understanding of payment operations and blockchain transaction flows
• Experience working with treasury systems and operational governance
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
